As we look around us, we find countless examples of organizations and individuals within them that are underperforming in relation to their expectations and of those who are adversely impacted by such underperformance. It is this realisation and the urge to contribute towards addressing this problem, at a time when India is poised for moving centre stage in a world full of challenges, that has prompted Meleveetil Damodaran, a person with more than four decades of widely varied experience including leadership positions in several organisations, to set up Excellence Enablers. Excellence Enablers sees itself as a partner in the journey towards improved performance. A number of individuals with several decades of experience and a shared passionate commitment to excellence are a part of this endeavour.
Excellence Enablers seeks to bridge the gap between potential and performance in individuals by providing mentoring and coaching. For organisations, the customised offerings would include support in the form of improving Board performance, with inputs ranging from advising on Board composition to carrying out Board evaluation. training of directors, capsules on leadership, time management. Succession planning and organizational restructuring would be offered as part of a comprehensive package or on a stand-alone basis.
