Excellence Enablers sees itself as a partner in the journey towards improved performance. A number of individuals with several decades of experience and a shared passionate commitment to excellence are a part of this endeavour.
Excellence Enablers seeks to bridge the gap between potential and performance in individuals by providing mentoring and coaching. For organisations, the customised offerings would include support in the form of improving Board performance, with inputs ranging from advising on Board composition to carrying out Board evaluation. training of directors, capsules on leadership, time management. Succession planning and organizational restructuring would be offered as part of a comprehensive package or on a stand-alone basis.
