With many Boards being value-neutral or sometimes even value-destroying, the CEO often has to navigate alone the numerous challenges that leadership brings with it. This interface attempts to address the need for CEOs/MDs to address the myriad challenges arising from their leadership positions and possible responses thereto. CEOs in Conversation is a closed-door by invitation forum where a small number of CEOs/ MDs have a freewheeling discussion, with no media presence, on topics focussing on the challenges that face them.
