The director training programme was indeed very useful. The programme structure was unique due to thrust on practical issues and case discussions. The faculty drawn was excellent. In short, I stand immensely benefited.

It was an extremely useful director training programme. The day long focus on company law brought everything together for me as I was able to pull together the action points to implement in a tangible manner. The faculty not only addressed questions but provoked and inspired thinking on these matters. The handout that summarizes key aspects of governance was extremely useful. The profile of the participants further enhanced the session. Thank you again for a wonderful session!

I completely enjoyed the director training programme. The mastery of the faculty members on their subjects was evident in all sessions. One particular aspect was the mix of participants. The variety itself added a lot of value to the discussions. On the whole, a fantastic experience for me.

I found the director training programme very useful and thought provoking and have made notes and shared it with my fellow directors on our board.

I attended a director training programme for the first time with no previous baggage. It was a rewarding exposure. The nuances , subtleties , areas to be taken care of , possible pitfalls and getting the right signals - all were covered and explained nicely. The importance of ability to stand on ones own right convictions seems to me, the keyword in your entire course. Overall it was really useful. I think we can now walk into the board rooms with a little more of guts grit and confidence.

This is the second such training programme attended by me. It was an enriching experience.

The Delhi Deliberations on the topic “Independent Directors – Empowered or Endangered” was very well organised. The informal setting with very knowledgeable people on the subject interacting on the various provisions of the Companies’ Act 2013 was very useful and insightful.
