In recent times, there has been increasing focus on the training of Directors and Board evaluation. However, no notice appears to have been taken of the numerous challenges relating to Board leadership. Chairpersons Conclave is a closed door by invitation forum where a small number of Chairpersons have a freewheeling discussion, with no media presence, on topics focusing on challenges relating to Board and/or Committee leadership.
