Succession planning : The right person in the right place
Succession planning, a major responsibility of Boards, is rarely discussed and even less practiced. There is mounting evidence that suggests that voluntary and involuntary exits in addition to leading to a disruption within the organization, leaves a vacuum which is not addressed in time leading to leadership discontinuity and consequent problems.
We assist the Board in recognizing their role in succession planning at the CEO and functional heads level and ensure that the search and selection process is productive without being unduly time-taking. We also seek to address the concerns of those that do not make it.
